New Client Information

If your pet has seen another veterinarian, please email their medical records to pets@cbacvet.com before your appointment. You can also fill out our online form  for records requests, and we’ll be happy to help you obtain those files.

While vaccine records and previous invoices are helpful, complete medical records—including your veterinarian's notes—allow us to better understand your pet's health history and continue their veterinary care seamlessly.

If Your Pet Needs Specialized Care

Most of your pet's healthcare needs can be managed right here at Cedar Bluff Animal Clinic. If specialized treatment is ever needed, we'll help coordinate your care and refer you to a trusted specialist. To ensure your pet receives seamless, coordinated care, we'll follow up with your specialist, review their recommendations, and work together to support your pet's ongoing health.

You can learn more by visiting our Referrals and After Hours Care page, where we've compiled referral hospitals and specialty practices we commonly work with.

Emergency Care

If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency during our regular office hours, please call us immediately at (865) 693-8212 . We'll do everything we can to see your pet the same day. If your pet requires emergency or specialty care beyond what we can provide in our clinic, we'll help guide you to the appropriate emergency hospital so they receive the care they need without delay.

If your pet needs emergency care after hours, please visit one of our recommended emergency veterinary hospitals.
